Bishop Angelo Francis of St. Teresa, O.C.D. nominated Vicar Ap. of Malabar, was consecrated on May 22, 1701 confirmed Vicar  Ap. of the Diocese of Cranganore and Cochin on March 13, 1709 and died on October 17,  1712 at Verapoly.
